She has been a practicing Realtor® in Washington State for 9 years and in this time has been selected as a Top Producer, and has achieved the real estate educational designations of Associate Broker,  SRES ® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Edie has lived and traveled all over the US and abroad and specifically chose the Greater Seattle - Puget Sound area in 1981 as her permanent home because of her love of the beautiful Pacific Northwest; it´s cultural diversity, it´s natural beauty and its people. Edie bought her first home when she was 25.  In her youth her family´s involvement in real estate, brokerage and investing gave her the natural ability to actively buy, renovate, lease homes in cities from Anchorage, Newport Beach, San Diego, and Seattle.
